　　毕业于伯克利音乐学院爵士作曲专业。埃德尔•费雷曾被授予“伯克利最佳爵士钢琴家”美誉（伯克利爵士表演奖）。93年开始为电影、短片、纪录片、舞蹈演出及戏剧编曲。97年录制首张唱片together with his《Escale》，99年第二张唱片《Zazimut》由著名媒体发行。自99年，加入了贝斯手让-菲利普•维勒领衔的三重奏组，并录制多张唱片和DVD：《思考》、《Etant donnes 》、《说不出》、《 Autrement dit》、《Live at the duc des lombards 》、《le temps qu’il faut 》。04年4月，出版首场个人独奏唱片《Par tous les temps》，获得广大听众和媒体好评。05年担任兰伯特•威尔森的《美国之夜》编曲及钢琴演奏。此曲由艾兰•文森导演。06年担任朱莉亚•麦格斯《我的另一面》音乐总监。此曲由菲利普•卡尔瓦里亚演出。07年与班杰明•格拉顿合作创作了一个新爵士厂牌: Melisse with the first reference: « l’echarpe d’iris » ，被爵士界人士和媒体誉为年度最佳唱片。08年5月，与朱莉亚•麦格斯合作演出舒伯特《抒情曲》。

Graduated in 1992 from Berklee College Of Music in « jazz composition », Edouard Ferlet was awarded the title of best jazz pianist of Berklee (Berklee Jazz performance award).
In 1993, he started composing commissioned pieces for films, short films, documentaries, choreographies, and theater.
In 1997, he recorded his first album together with his « Escale », and in 1999, his second album « Zazimut by the » acclaimed media.
Since 1999, he played in the trio lead by the bass player Jean-Philippe Viret and recorded several albums and DVDs: « Considérations », « Etant donnés », « L'indicible», « Autrement dit », «Live at the duc des lombards » « le temps qu’il faut »
In April 2004, he released his first piano solo album: « Par tous les temps» for which is received praises from the public and the media.
In 2005 he was the pianist and arranger for Lambert Wilson’ recital « Nuit américaine » staged by Hélène Vincent.
In 2006 he’’s the musical director for Julia Migenes recital « ALTER EGO » staged by Philippe Calvario.
In 2007 with Benjamin Gratton, he’s creating a new jazz Label : Melisse with the first reference : « l’écharpe d’iris » an album that the jazz comunity and the media consider as the best album of the year.
In mai 2008 he’s performing with Julia Migenes the Schubert’s Lieder for a creation in Brest.
